Refund and Returns Policy
At Alibarbar, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because our items are regulated consumable goods, our policy is designed to protect customer safety while ensuring absolute satisfaction with your purchase.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original, sealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Items (Dead on Arrival)
We strive for perfection, but if you receive a device that is defective or damaged upon arrival:

3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our team. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Product Authenticity
Please note that all returns are checked against our Product Verification System. Any attempt to return counterfeit or non-Alibarbar branded products will result in a denial of the refund and a permanent ban from our store.
Wholesale & Distributor Return Policy
This section applies specifically to our bulk purchasers and authorized regional distributors. We understand that high-volume logistics require a different level of support.
1. Bulk Order Inspections
Distributors are required to inspect all shipments within 5 business days of arrival. Any discrepancies in quantity or visible damage to the outer shipping cartons must be reported immediately to the designated account manager.
2. Batch Defect Warranty
Given the nature of electronic vaping devices, we provide a 90-day limited warranty for wholesale orders covering manufacturing defects:

The 3% Buffer: We allow for a standard industry failure rate. If defects exceed 3% of a single batch, Alibarbar will issue a credit note or provide replacement units in your subsequent order.

Evidence Required: All warranty claims must be accompanied by a “Defect Log” and video evidence of the non-functioning devices.
3. Sell-Through & Stock Rotation
To ensure our customers always receive the freshest products, we do not offer returns for “slow-moving” stock or flavor preferences.

All wholesale sales are final unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

We recommend a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system to maintain the battery health of the devices.
4. Shipping & Restocking Fees

Approved Returns: For returns due to our error (incorrect items shipped), Alibarbar covers all freight costs.

Discretionary Returns: If a return is granted outside of a defect (subject to management approval), a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the distributor is responsible for all shipping and customs duties.
5. Counterfeit Protection & Compliance
Distributors found to be mixing authentic Alibarbar inventory with counterfeit products will have their wholesale agreement terminated immediately with no refund for remaining balances. We reserve the right to audit distributor stock at any time using our proprietary verification codes.
